Where can I install a mobile home?
The rule is in areas where there are mobile homes already but we always call and email the zoning department in the county and ask if mobile homes are allowed. Also, make sure you tell them it’s a mobile or manufactured home built to HUD code as we have had issued in the past where some counties allow manufactured homes that are built under Florida building code, which we do not do.


Are these homes financeable?
The answer is yes, after installed we declare them real property with the tax collector and building department. This way you can sell it with fha, conventional, va loans and others.



What's the reason we only sell double wides?
are primary focus are investors and we understand when it come to resell these properties, lenders are very comfortable financing double wides as opposed to single wides
